Full crew during mechanical overhaul at gas processing facility
Complete 21-day turnaround at a sweet gas processing facility. Scope included vessel inspections, piping replacements, valve overhauls, and instrumentation upgrades. 45-person crew, completed 2 days ahead of schedule.
Pipeline lowering-in operation across open terrain
5.2 km pipeline replacement including tie-ins, hydrotesting, and reinstatement. Sour service environment requiring full H2S protocols.
New compressor station under construction, structural steel phase
Greenfield compressor station build from foundations to commissioning. Civil, structural, mechanical, and piping scope were delivered under a single Ironline contract, giving the operator one accountable construction partner from first pour to final turnover.
Night-time emergency excavation and pipeline repair
Emergency call-out for a pipeline leak requiring immediate excavation, cut-out, and sleeve repair. Crew mobilised within 4 hours. Repaired and returned to service within 18 hours of initial call.
Tank installation at expanded battery site
Expansion of an existing battery site including two new storage tanks, pipe rack extension, and tie-in to existing facility. Completed during active operations with zero shutdowns required.
Routine maintenance crew performing valve replacements
Ongoing annual maintenance contract covering 12 well sites and 3 facilities. Scope includes valve replacements, piping repairs, painting, and general facility upkeep.
